Joe Deany-Braun

Joe runs a bookshop in Fort Collins named after an imaginary planet. A former athlete and a graduate of the Kerouac School, Joe has read for the Denver Post, the Boulder Museum of Contemporary Art, and the Biennial of the Americas. He lives with his wife and tiny lion near the foothills. 

Men Women Dogs Flowers Chocolate Travel Death Love Madness Tradition Sex Dragons is his first poetry collection. His second, Young Santa, is forthcoming from Thiessen Press in 2025.

Jason Hardung

Jason's work has appeared in many journals and magazines, including: Cimarron Review, 3AM, Bull Fiction, Monkey Bicycle, Evergreen Review, Entropy, The Common, Metazen, and Word Riot. He has published two books of poetry, on Epic Rites Press and Lummox Press. In 2013 he was named Poet Laureate of Fort Collins. He teaches the therapeutic value of writing in juvenile detention facilities, jails and rehabs in Colorado. 

His book-length memoir, Mammal, is forthcoming from Thiessen Press in 2025.

Will Pass

Will Pass was born in South Africa, grew up in England and Kansas, and now lives in Colorado with his wife, son, two cats, and very good dog. He worked as a landscaper, garbage man, janitor, third-party logistics operator (?), and climbing bum (!) before practicing as a veterinarian in Las Vegas. 

The Second-Smartest Dog That Ever Lived was published by Thiessen Press in 2024. His second novel, The Whirlpool of Lebanon, is forthcoming in 2025.
